A new season of Prediction is almost upon us. Reigning champion Paul Mooney is aiming for a 3rd successive title. Surely the '2-1' tactic can't work for another season?
Looks like its gonny just be us 6 this year. Not heard a peep from anyone else.
I'm looking to start the weekend of Aug 8th so I want to put the fixtures out this Monday hopefully.
What do you guys think about money situation? If its a fiver per month with 6 players (monthly winner doesn't pay). Then that is £25 getting banked a month (10 months so its £250 at season's end. We still want to have a decent price at the end of the month, £20 as it was last season looks a bit too much unless we can get another two involved.
Here is the run down I'm thinking if it stays at 6 players.
Everyone pays £5 a month, except the winner. Monthly winner receives £15. Overall winner receives £70 Runner-up receives £30.
I suggest meeting up on Saturday 8th August in Crystal palace and pay August's £5 up front and try and meet on the first Saturday of each month in town.Pub to be selected by monthly winner.How does that sound?.......clink clink clink(those spurs make some noise)
